Floodlands - WIP/Teaser

Work in progress on a short film I have cooking.

"CRAGGY RIVERBED, CANYON, LATE AFTERNOON.

A small lizard-like creature (Gwaka!) is basking in the sun near a cascading river.

Suddenly, he becomes aware of something approaching.

He skitters aways and soon after a set of hoofs slams down followed by a few small berries that drop to the ground in its wake.

Close-up on a berry as it settles, rack focus on Gwaka spotting it and rushing forward to snack.

Camera slowly orbits around as Gwaka savors its snack; a shadowy silhouette is revealed behind him. It can be seen slowly crouching down to pick the remaining berries.
